The short version

Owners and Billing members can use available workspace checkout and contact billing support when a plan needs tailored help.

01

Compare the published plans

The marketing site describes the Developer, Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise ladder. Check the workspace billing page for the choices currently available to your account.

The workspace tier and usage shown in the dashboard reflect the current account state.

02

Use authenticated workspace checkout

Authorized Owner and Billing roles can open available Stripe Checkout for Growth and Scale. Enterprise requirements use a direct sales conversation.

Checkout success and cancel actions return to the workspace billing page. Contact billing support if the workspace does not show the expected tier.

03

Use the dedicated billing roles

Owner and Billing roles are the intended billing-management roles. Admin, Developer, Viewer, suspended, and non-member accounts cannot manage billing checkout.

Use a Billing member when a finance teammate needs plan access without technical configuration or member-management privileges.

04

Share context, never payment secrets

Include the workspace name, current tier, intended usage shape, and a safe reply address. Never send payment credentials, API keys, cookies, Stripe secrets, or customer request data by email.

Before you move on

  • The intended workspace is selected
  • The current tier and usage are reviewed
  • Checkout is started only by an Owner or Billing member
  • Payment credentials are entered only on Stripe-hosted pages
  • Unexpected billing state is reported without sharing secrets
